…and mostly dead is partly alive. Tortured Artist was started in the late 1980s to handle my design and music business, along with other assorted side gigs. It was a great name, despite some arched eyebrows from small-town Small Business Association advisers. Nobody would bat an eye at it these days.

I’ve long thought about reviving the site, but as what? A forum for tortured artists? A new blog dedicated to the creative process? Something else entirely? The answer to that lies somewhere in the future.
